Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Brickworks collects, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Who we are

Brickworks is operated by Wilson Global Limited, a New Zealand company. Our privacy officer is Luke Wilson. Contact him at luke@brickworks.ai with any question or request about your information.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, company and anything you add to the booking, collected through Cal.com.
• When you email us: your message and contact details.
• For business outreach: we email people at US companies about Brickworks. For that we use business contact details, such as name, role, company and work email, from professional sources, and we note where we found them.
• When you visit this site: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
• When embedded content loads: Vimeo and Cal.com receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details to provide video playback and bookings.

What we never collect: company records, files, exports, screenshots or passwords. If you send us any, we won’t open or forward them, and we’ll delete them.

How we use it

To arrange and hold calls, prepare your readiness report, reply to you, and send relevant business emails. Every outreach email lets you opt out, and we stop as soon as you ask.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run our business: Cal.com for bookings, Google Workspace for email and calendars, Instantly for sending outreach emails, an email-verification service that checks addresses before we send, Vimeo for video hosting, and Vercel for hosting and analytics.
• An AI data programme, only if you ask us to introduce you. We name the programme first and share only what the introduction needs. Programmes may be based overseas, including in the United States, and may not have to protect your information the way New Zealand law does. We’ll tell you this and ask before any introduction.

We don’t sell personal information.

Where it’s stored

Our providers may store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States. We use established providers.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record so we don’t contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing luke@brickworks.ai. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies directly. Embedded content from Vimeo and Cal.com may set its own cookies when it loads. The Vimeo player uses its Do Not Track setting.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
