Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

By using brickworks.ai you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information only

The site explains how AI data licensing generally works and how Brickworks can help. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Get your own professional advice before signing any agreement.

Our role

Brickworks is an independent introducer. We help companies check whether they may suit an AI data programme and guide them through applying. We don’t represent you, negotiate for you or handle your data. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI company or data programme. If an introduction leads to a deal, the programme may pay us a referral fee. You never pay us.

No promises about outcomes

Programmes make their own decisions. We can’t promise that a company will be accepted, receive an offer or be paid, or that any offer will be of a particular value.

Accuracy

We write the site carefully and in good faith, but information may change or contain mistakes. We may update it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it.

Other services

Bookings are handled by Cal.com, video playback is provided by Vimeo, and the site may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Intellectual property

The Brickworks name, logo and site content belong to us. Please don’t copy them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
